Keeping in view the growing importance of computer learning, the college has established a well-equipped computer lab to keep the students abreast with the latest computer knowledge.The college has an air-conditioned computer laboratory with 40 computerswith multimedia software. It also has UPS with back up facility for 24 hours. The computers in the lab are well configured suitable for the users. These computers are upgraded as per the need of university syllabus and the change in software version. The college has high-tech computers with internet services, hardware and software, printers and scanners. Students andfaculty have access to the computer lab, which provide the tools and technologies to produce websites, edit papers, complete class assignments, communicate via email, conduct data analyses and access library resources. Microsoft Windows software is available for word processing, statistics, spreadsheets and database management. A variety of graphics and website -creation software programs are also available.Qualified and trained staff is handling the computers and providing instructions to the students. Computer literacy workshops are regularly held in the computer laboratory for the benefit of teachereducators and students.The Lab is utilized for making the teacher trainees familiar with the usage of computers- MS Office, Internet and the preparation of ICT based teaching aid.
