Green Audit Cell

Green audit, also known as an Environmental Audit or Eco-Audit, is an independent assessment conducted to evaluate an educational institution’s environmental performance, resource utilisation, and compliance with environmental regulations.It aims to identify areas of improvement and suggest measures to reduce environmental impact and enhance sustainability.Our College is having Green Audit with Platinum Ranking. The Green Audit Cell ofDSCEW supports and encourages awareness campaigns, seminars, workshops, conferences and other interactive sessions to facilitate effective implementation of the Green Campus, Energy and Environment policies. Various days/activities celebrated in the college in order to maintain cleanliness, sanitation and green cover are: Swachh Bharat Abhiyan,Ozzy Fest, Tree Plantation inside and outside the campus, Awareness Lecture on Health and Hygiene, Competition on Best out of Waste, Rally on Save Environment, Awareness about Covid-19, Extension Lecture on Plastic Waste Management and Single Use Plastic, Earth Day Celebration, World Health Day, AIDS Awareness Rally, Extension Lecture on Animal Welfare etc.
