Anti-Drug Abuse Cell

An Anti-Drug Abuse Cell in a college is a group of students and staff members who work together to educate the college community about the dangers of drug use and abuse.The goal of the cell is to create a drug-free environment by imposing a total ban on the possession or consumption or use of drugs and alcohol by students of the college, within or outside the campus and promote healthy living among students and staff. The cell typically organizes events and activities such as workshops, seminars, and campaigns to raise awareness about the negative effects of drugs on individuals, families, and society as a whole. It also often provides information and resources to students and staff who may be struggling with drug addiction or abuse.By focusing on prevention, the cell contributes to a healthier society with lower rates of substance abuse, resulting in improved overall well-being and social harmony.
